Pursuant to Spanish Organic Act number 15/1999, dated 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, any personal data obtained through this Site shall be entered into the files owned by ERABERRIKUNTZAN ETA EZAGUTZAN ADITUAK DIREN PERTSONEN MUGIKORTASUNA SUSTATZEKO ELKARTEA/ASOCIACIÓN DE APOYO A LA MOVILIDAD DE PERSONAS CUALIFICADAS EN INNOVACIÓN Y CONOCIMIENTO, BIZKAIA:XEDE, Spanish tax identification number C.I.F. G-95326583 and whose registered address is at Biscay Technological Park - Build 804 Module 103 - Laga Bidea E-48160 Derio (Spain). The files are duly entered in the General Registry for the Protection of Personal Data, under the security measures set forth in Spanish Royal Decree number 994/1999, dated 11 June.

The User warrants that the Personal Data given to BIZKAIA:XEDE are true and correct, and undertakes to notify them of any changes in the said data.

For identical purposes, the party concerned authorises the cession of his/her data to the Regional Council of Biscay, their attachd companies and any other companies/bodies that have entered into collaboration agreements with BIZKAIA:XEDE.
