The framework of the collaboration agreement will mainly focus on the promotion and dissemination of bizkaia:xede's activities and services at the various events, fairs and activities organised by EI-SEV through EuskoSare's Virtual Portal.

Both institutions also undertake to support Basque cultural promotion by fostering the programme EuskoSare, Basque Global Community, which operates on the basis of a global communication and cooperation network in the social, economic, cultural and educational spheres.

These actions seek to achieve the strategic objectives established by bizkaia:xede, aimed at promoting an active policy to find and recruit top professionals and researchers for the Basque Territory of Bizkaia.
